On August 3, 2023, Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc. (the “Company”), a supplier of parallel-import vehicles sourced in the U.S. to be sold in the PRC market, successfully closed its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 1,250,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of US$4.00 per share. The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$5,000,000 from the IPO, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 187,500 shares of Class A common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
The Company’s Class A common stock commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on August 1, 2023 under the ticker symbol “CTNT.”
