Bio
Ms. Wu is an Associate in HTFL’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s Asia Practice.
Ms. Wu focuses her practice in the areas of securities law, corporate governance and corporate finance. She assists public and private companies in their corporate transactions including securities offerings of both public and private, cross-border acquisitions, and other general matters. Her experience includes advising issuers of securities in connection with both public and private offerings of equity securities in the U.S. She counsels U.S. public companies with respect to periodic reporting obligations and corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Wu practiced in a national firm in China, where she advised Chinese companies on matters of corporate law and securities regulation, including Mergers & Acquisitions, asset-backed securitization, and private fund registrations.
