HTFL’s Client Planet Image International Limited Announces Closing of $5 Million Initial Public Offering

On January 29, 2024, Planet Image International Limited (the “Company”), an export-oriented manufacturer and seller of compatible toner cartridges based in China, the U.S. and Europe, successfully closed its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 1,250,000 Class A ordinary shares at a price to the public of US$4.00 per share. The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$5,000,000 from the IPO, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses.

The Company’s Class A ordinary shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on January 25, 2024 under the ticker symbol “YIBO.”
