CCSC Technology International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CCTG), a Hong Kong-based company that engages in the sale, design and manufacturing of interconnect products, including connectors, cables and wire harnesses, closed its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 1,375,000 ordinary shares at a public price of US$4.00 per ordinary share on January 22, 2024. The Company received aggregate gross proceeds of US$5.50 million from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other related expenses.
The ordinary shares commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on January 18, 2024, under the symbol “CCTG.”
